CHINT's INTERNSHIP PROGRAM
CHINT T&D offers internship program for junior university & graduate students every year, including spring internship, summer internship and as well as winter internship.
The internship program includes three main components: on-job training, orientation series and specific projects.
l On-job Training
Our interns will take up a role in the chosen area of our business, including sales, marketing, logistics, after sales service and documentation.
l Orientation Series
Our interns will receive a series of orientation focused on company introduction, marketing, international trade, sales skills, basic financial knowledge and logistics operation.
l Specific Projects
Our interns will receive certain specific projects with targets to be assessed on certain abilities. The interns will be oriented and guided to prepare for the projects and then be assessed.
Challenge for REAL RESPONSIBILITY
During the one or two months' internship time, our interns will be acting like REAL FULLTIME CHINT PEOPLE with real work and responsibilities assigned in their on-job training program.
PARTNERSHIP Support
Interns have partners during the internship time to help to learn and grow:
l Line manager
The interns' line manager for his chosen business area is responsible to provide interns with direction, coaching and necessary skill to complete their assignment.
l Mentor
The intern will have a mentor to assign and coach on specific work.
OFFER after Formal Evaluation
The interns will receive full-time offer after the formal evaluation of internship. On the comprehensive evaluation on the intern's performance during the whole internship program, the successful and great doing interns will receive the fulltime offer beforehand.
